Tyler Simko

Hi! My name is Tyler, and I'm a PhD candidate in the Gov. Department studying political geography and public policy in the United States. Much of my own research focuses on state & local politics, education policy, and redistricting through the ALARM Project here at Harvard (you can read more about our work here: alarm-redist.github.io). Before graduate school, I was the president of my local school board. I regularly teach courses in American Politics and Data Science, and serve as the department's Quantitative Fellow, a Concentration Advisor, and a Senior Thesis Advisor. If you would like to talk about courses, advising, research, or anything else please feel free to read more about my work at tylersimko.com or reach out to me anytime at tsimko@g.harvard.edu.
