Molly Martinez

Peer Concentration Counselor
Class of 2022 (Adams House)

My name is Molly Martinez, and I am a junior in Adams House. I am originally from Dallas, Texas. I am pursuing a joint concentration in History & Literature (Ethnic Studies) and Government, along with a Spanish citation. I am immensely excited to meet you this school year!

One of the reasons I chose to attend Harvard was because of the awesome Government department. As an (allied) joint concentrator, I don’t have a specialty in the government department, but my interests coincide with the American Politics subfield mainly. Some of my favorite courses have been perhaps the more non-traditional government courses like Tech Ethics.

Outside of classes, I am actively involved with first-generation initiatives and organizations like Primus. You can usually spot me giving a tour of Harvard yard through Crimson Key Society, or planning social events for the Texas club. During my freshman and sophomore year, I started Harvard College Women in Law Association, a pre-law group for female-identifying students.

During my freshman summer, I worked at Weil & Gotshal Law Firm, and in my sophomore summer, I worked at Boston Consulting Group. After graduation, I hope to pursue a law degree and practice law.

Please feel free to contact me anytime about any of my experiences or just to chat. I look forward to meeting you!
