Matthew Blackwell
Associate Professor

I study political methodology, with a focus on dynamic causal inference, instrumental variables, experimental design, missing data, and panel data. My substantive interests include the lasting effects of slavery on political attitudes in the US South. I teach undergraduate methods courses including Government 50.
