The Government Department utilizes a House-based advising system for concentrators and sophomore preconcentrators. Each House is assigned a concentration adviser (CA) -- either a junior faculty member or an advanced graduate student -- to provide guidance about course selection, research, senior theses, and postgraduate opportunities.
